What we collect
When you use the contact form, book a discovery call, or email us, we may collect your name, email address, and the content of your message.
If you accept optional cookies (see "Cookies" below), this website also loads a booking scheduler directly on this page. If you decline, it doesn’t, and booking still works through a plain link to our scheduler on its own page.
Why we collect it
We use your name, email and message only to respond to your inquiry or confirm your appointment. We do not sell or rent your information. The optional cookie described below is used only to let the scheduler load directly on this page instead of a separate one.
Booking
Discovery calls are scheduled through Calendly. When you book a call, Calendly processes your name, email and selected time under Calendly’s own privacy policy.
Cookies
This site asks for your consent before loading any cookie that isn’t strictly necessary to run it. If you accept, Calendly’s scheduler loads directly on this page instead of sending you to a separate one.
If you decline, or don’t make a choice, it doesn’t load. You can still book a call using the plain link on the booking page, which opens Calendly’s own site directly.
You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for this domain and reloading the page, which brings the cookie prompt back.
Contact form
If enabled, our contact form is processed by Netlify, our website host, which stores submissions and forwards a copy by email to Harrison Maloney.
Retention
Inquiry messages are reviewed only by Harrison Maloney.
We keep inquiry messages for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless a longer period is needed to finish an ongoing conversation or request.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@harrisonmaloneycoaching.com.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how your information was handled, contact us first. You may also contact Quebec’s Commission d’accès à l’information.
Changes to this policy
We will update the date above whenever this policy changes.
