These terms describe how coaching services with Harrison Maloney Coaching work.
Scope
Coaching supports leadership and team development. It is not financial advice, medical care, or psychotherapy, and does not replace those services.
Discovery call
The initial 30-minute discovery call is free and carries no obligation. All coaching sessions after that are paid.
Sessions and fees
Individual sessions are $200 CAD per hour, tax included.
Cancellations
Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice are not charged.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full.
Team development
Scope and fees for team workshops are agreed individually before work begins.
Confidentiality
Individual coaching conversations are kept confidential, subject to the limits described in our privacy notice and any exceptions agreed with you in advance.
When an employer or another sponsor is paying for coaching, session content remains confidential. Anything shared with the sponsor beyond confirming attendance is agreed with you in advance.
Session recaps
A written recap may be prepared after a session, using session notes, and shared with you by email.
The consent form sent before your first session describes the tools used to prepare recaps and asks for your consent.
Termination
There is no ongoing commitment or contract term. Either party can end the coaching relationship at any time simply by not booking further sessions.

Harrison Maloney Coaching is operated by Harrison Maloney as a sole proprietorship in Quebec, Canada.
